Where do I start? This is such a nice mare! "Cat" is a strong, stout mare with lots of substance and bone. She had quite a bit of cutting training as a 2yr old. She is very cowy, and is now used for team sorting and penning. Besides being hauled to team sortings, she also goes on cattle drives and trail rides. This mare is kind, has absolutely no buck, and here at the ranch she is used for lessons, and to give kids rides. Cat is very light in the face......you can ride her in anything.....she has a great stop, moves off your legs, you can ride her bareback......like I said, this is just a nice mare!
When you are done riding this mare, breed her!! Her sire won over $26,000 in NCHA earnings, in only a little over 2 years of showing......and that was mostly just at weekend shows!! For a long time, his full brother was Dual Pep's highest money earning foal. Cat's grandsire, Jae Bar Cat won almost $60,000 NCHA. Cat has had one foal, (born in 2009) and was a great mother!
This mare is also foundation registered, and has earned points at Foundation shows!!
